BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Delaware, in the County of Camden, State of New Jersey, as follows: Section 1. Such officers as may be designated by the governing body are hereby authorized to sign warrants drawn in favor of the payroll ac- count upon due notice that the appropriate payrolls have been approved by the proper committee and by the proper certifying authorities, which certifying authorities and committees shall be those designated in the resolution mentioned in Section 3 hereof. Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsist- ent with this ordinance are hereby repealed, but only to the extent of such inconsistency. Section 6.
