ORDINANCE 1952-25300 ORDINANCE #25 AN ORDINANCE TO FIX RATES OR RENTALS TO BE DIPOSED FOR THE USE OF THE ASHLAND SEVJ`ER SYSTEM WHEREAS on the 27th day of June, 1951 the Honorable Vincent S. Haneman, Judge of the Chancery Division, Superior Court, ordered the Township of Delaware to operate that certain sewer plant and system lo cated in the Ashland section of the Township of Delaware and commonly designated as the Ashland Sewer Plant, and WHEREAS by said order the Township of Delaware was given the right to charge a sewer rental to the inhabitants benefited thereby, and WHEREAS it is by statute provided that a municipality may by ordinance fix and prescribe such charges and rents for the use of sewers 1 and drains under its control as may be deemed proper and necessary; now, therefore, i BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Delaware, County of Camden, State of New Jersey as follows: Section 1. Each separate private dwelling, commercial es- tablishment and each apartment connected with and /or using that 1 certain sewer system located in the Ashland Section of the Town- L ship of Delaware and commonly known as and designated as the Ash - pay an annual sewer rental of twenty -four land Sewer System shall t� Dollars ($24.00)• Section 2.
