ORDINANCE 1960-239731 ORDINANCE NO. 239 AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING JEFFERSON AVENUE A "THROUGH STREET" REQUIRING VEHICLES TO STOP AT CERTAIN INTERSECTIONS THEREWITH AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATIONS THEREOF The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Delaware in the County of Camden, DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Jefferson Avenue from, but not including Park Boulevard, to and including Harrison Avenue is hereby designated a "Through Street ". Section 2. Stop signs conforming with the "Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways ", Public Roads Administration, most recent revision, shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the "Through Street ". Section 3. Any person, firm, partnership or corporation convicted of violating any of the provisions of this ordinance Shall be liable to such penalty as is fixed by the statutes of the State of New Jersey. Section 4.
