ORDINANCE 1960-2481 1 1 74 1 1 ORDINANCE NO. 248 AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING CALDWELL ROAD A "THROUGH STREET" REQUIRING VEHICLES TO STOP AT CERTAIN INTERSECTIONS THEREWITH AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Delaware in the County of Camden, DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Caldwell Road from Brace Road to Kings Highwa is hereby designated a "Through Street ". Section 2. Stop signs conforming with the "Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways ", Public Roads Administration, most recent revision, shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the "Through Street". Section 3. Any person, firm, partnership or corporation convicted of violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be liable to such penalty as is fixed by the statutes of the State of New Jersey. Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances incon- sistent with this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency only, and this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage, publication and approval as provided by law.
