ORDINANCE 1960-255The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Delaware ORDINANCE NO. 255 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 130 ADOPTED FEBRUARY 13, 1956, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND GOVERNING THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF OIL HEATING EQUIPMENT AND GAS HEATING EQUIP- MENT AND THE STORAGE AND USE OF OIL FUELS AND GAS FUELS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH IN THE TOWNSHIP OF DELAWARE, NEW JERSEY." in the County of Camden, DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 130 adopted February 13, 1956 entitled "An Ordinance Regulating and Governing the Construction and Installation of Oil Heating Equipment and Gas Heating Equipment and the Storage and Use of Oil Fuels and Gas Fuels in Connection therewith in the Township of Delaware, New Jersey, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Oil, gas and coal or coke fired heating equipment shall be safely vented to a brick or stone chimney having a flue lined with terra cotta fire clay extended the full length of the chimney." Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances In consistent with this amending ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistencies only. Section 3.
