ORDINANCE 1960-261I ORDINANCE NO. 261 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 225 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND REQUIRING THE LICEN- SING OF THE DISPENSING OF FOOD, BEVERAGES OR OTHER COMMODITIES FOR THE PURPOSES OF SALE FROM A MECHAN- ICAL VENDING DEVICE, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF" 798 The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Delaware in 0 the County of Camden, DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 225 entitled "An Ordinance Regulating and Requiring the Licensing of the Dispens- ing of Food, Beverages or other Commodities for the Purposes of Sale from a Mechanical Vending Device, and Providing Penalties for the Violation Thereof" is hereby amended from: "Section 4. The fee for the issuance of each license hereunder whether for one year or a part thereof, shall be $15.00 payable with the filing of the application. If the application is rejected, the fee shall be returned. If the license is re- voked, no part of the fee shall be returned. The said fee is for the purpose of both regulation and revenue." to read: "Section 4. The fee for the issuance of each license hereunder whether for one year or a part thereof, shall be payable with the filing of the application, and shall be as follows: "For devices dispensing food, beverages or other commodities "(a) at a cost of five cents or less per item, $5.00; "(b) at a cost of between six cents and ten cents per item, $10.00; "(c) at a cost in excess of ten cents per item, $15.00. If the application is rejected, the fee shall be re- turned. If the license is revoked, no part of the fee shall be returned. The said fee is for the pur- pose of both regulation and revenue."
