ORDINANCE 1967-02ORDINANCE 67 -2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ORDINANCE 64 -53 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING ON A PORTION OF KENWOOD DRIVE, MURRAY AVENUE, BEDFORD AVENUE AND MAR- TIN AVENUE AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF" BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of The Township of Cherry Hill, in the County of Camden: /Of Section 1. That Ordinance 64 -53 entitled "An ordinance regu- lating parking on a portion of Kenwood Drive, Murray Avenue, Bed- ford Avenue and Martin Avenue and to provide penalties for the violation thereof ", be and the same is hereby amended and supple- mented as hereinafter provided. Section 2. That Section 2 shall be and is amended and supple- mented to eliminate parking on a portion of the West side of Marl- boro Avenue so that the same shall read as follows: "Section 2. No person shall park a vehicle be- tween the hours of 8 :00 A. M. and 10 :00 A. M., pre- vailing time, daily except Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays upon the portions of the streets here- inafter set forth: Both sides of Murray Avenue between Chapel Avenue and Weld Avenue Both sides of Bedford Avenue between Hanover Avenue and its dead end East of Murray Avenue. Both sides of Martin Avenue between Hanover Avenue and Marlboro Avenue. West side of Marlboro Avenue between Chapel Avenue and Fulton Street." Section 3. That the title of Ordinance 64 -53 be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented so that the same shall read as follows: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING ON A PORTION OF KENWOOD DRIVE, MURRAY AVENUE, BEDFORD AVE- NUE, MARTIN AVENUE AND MARLBORO AVENUE AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF" Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances incon- /as' sistent with this ordinance shall be and are repealed to the ex- tent of such inconsistencies only. Section 5.
