ORDINANCE 1967-05//O ORDINANCE 67 -5 AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING ON A PORTION OF KINGSTON ROAD BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of The Township of Cherry Hill, in the County of Camden: Section 1. No person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 8 :00 A. M. and 4:00 P. M., prevailing time, daily except Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays, on the South side of Kingston Road between King George Road and Sheffield Road. Section 2. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle between the hours of 8:00 A. M. and 4:00 P. M., prevailing time, daily except Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays, on the North side of Kingston Road between King George Road and Sheffield Road. Section 3. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this ordinance or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days or both. Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsis- tent with this ordinance shall be and are repealed to the extent of such inconsistencies only. Section 5.
