ORDINANCE 1967-06Ordinance 67 -6 ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $14,200 FROM CAPI- TAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR-VARIOUS IMPROVE- MENTS OR PURPOSES AUTHORIZED TO BE UNDER- TAKEN BY THE TOWNSHIP OF CHERRY HILL, IN THE COUNTY OF CAMDEN BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of The Township of Cherry Hill, in the County of Camden: Section 1. The several improvements described in Section 2 of this ordinance are hereby respectively authorized as general improvements to be made or acquired by The Township of Cherry Hill, in the County of Camden. For the said several improvements or purposes stated in said Section 2, there are hereby appropri- ated the respective sums of money therein stated as the appro- priations made for said improvements or purposes, said sums being inclusive of all appropriations heretofore made therefor and amounting in the aggregate to $14,200, which aggregate sum is now available therefor by virtue of privions within the Capital Improvement Fund of a budget or budgets of the Township previously adopted. Section 2. The improvements hereby authorized and the several purposes for the appropriation made and the estimated cost of each such purpose, are respectively as follows: APPROPRIATION AND IMPROVEMENT OR PURPOSE ESTIMATED COST (A) l hydraulically operated snow plow equipped with hydraulic end gate $ 4,500 �B) 1 leaf loading machine trailer 3,200 ( C) 2 mobile sending and receiving radio units to be installed in pick up trucks 1,500 � 1 motorized wood and brush chipper 2,500 trailer �E) 1 electrically operated cash register to be used in Municipal Court 2,500 $14,200 Section 3. The following matters are hereby determined, declared, recited and stated: (A) The said purposes described in Section 2 of this ordinance are not current expenses and are each a property or improvement which the Township may lawfully acquire or make as a general improvement. (B) The average period of usefulness of said purposes taking into consideration the respective amounts of the said appropriations made hereby for the several purposes according to the reasonable life thereof is ten years. Section 4.
