ORDINANCE 1967-18/S4a Ordinance 67 -18 AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING IN THE VICINITY OF HADDONFIELD- BERLIN ROAD AND ISORTH VALLEYBROOK ROAD- CHANDLER TERRACE BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of The Township of Cherry Hill, in the County of Camden: Section 1. No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon the portions of streets as hereinafter set forth: East side of North Valleybrook Road between Haddonfield - Berlin Road and a point one hundred twenty feet southerly therefrom. West side of Chandler Terrace between Haddonfield - Berlin Road and a point one hundred twenty feet northerly there from. South side of the local traffic marginal road paralleling Haddonfield - Berlin Road on the North between Chandler Terrace and a point one hundred twenty feet westerly there from. South side of the local traffic marginal road paralleling Haddonfield - Berlin Road on the North between Chandler Terrace and a point one hundred twenty feet easterly therefrom. Section 2. The proper Township officials be and they are hereby authorized and directed to erect proper "No Parking" signs designating the foregoing "No Parking" areas. Section 3. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this ordinance shall be liable to a fine of not more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen(15) days, or both.
