ORDINANCE 1967-2447` � ORDINANCE 67-24 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ORDI- NANCE 63 -1 KNOWN AS "THE CHERRY HILL TOWNSHIP ORGANIZATION ORDINANCE OF 1963" BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of The Township of Cherry Hill, in the County of Camden: Section 1. That Ordinance 63 -1 known as "The Cherry Hill Township Organization Ordinance of 1963 as amended and supple- mented, be amended and supplemented as hereinafter provided. Section 2. That Section 3.1 shall be and is hereby amended and supplemented to add a paragraph (x) to read as follows: "(x) Clean Streams Board -- advisory" Section 3. That Section 16.3 shall be and is hereby amended to increase the membership of the Advisory Economic Development Board from seven to nine. Section 4. That Section 16.4 shall be and is hereby amended to increase the membership of the Advisory Parks and Playgrounds Board from five to eleven. Section 5. That Section 16.5 shall be and is hereby amended to increase the membership of the Advisory Board of Health from five to seven. Section 6. That Section 16.7 shall be and is hereby amended to increase the membership of the Advisory Township Development Board from five to seven. Section 7. Section 16.12 shall be and is hereby re- numbered and redesignated to be Section 16.13 and a new Section 16.12 shall be and is created to read as follows: 11 16.12. There is hereby created an advisory Clean Streams Board which shall consist of five members to be appointed by the Council /77 for a term of one year from the first day of July of the year of appointment and until their successors are appointed and qualified. The Advisory Clean Streams Board shall consult with the Director of Health, or his designee, on matters relating to the elimination of stream pollution and the maintenance of clean streams, shall study, formulate plans and make recommendations to the Director of Health and Welfare and to the Council concerning the cleaning of Township streams and their main- tenance in a clean and unpolluted state." Section 8. All ordinances or parts of ordinances incon- sistent with this ordinance shall be and are repealed to the extent of such inconsistencies only. Section 9.
