ORDINANCE 1967-33A97 Ordinance 67 -33 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING AN ORDI- NANCE KNOWN AS "THE CHERRY HILL TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE OF 1960 ", AS AMENDED, REZONING THE SOUTH- EAST CORNER OF ROUTE 70 AND SPRINGDALE ROAD FROM A RESIDENTIAL - AGRICULTURAL (R -A) ZONE TO A PROFESSIONAL ZONE (PB -2) BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of The Township of Cherry Hill, in the County of Camden: Section 1. That an ordinance of the Township of Cherry Hill known as "The Cherry Hill Township Zoning Ordinance of 1960 ", as amended, and the Zoning Map of the Township of Cherry Hill be amended and corrected as hereinafter provided. Section 2. That the following area be changed from a Resi- dential - Agricultural (R -A) Zone to a Professional Zone (PB -2): BEGINNING at the intersection of the South- westerly line of New Jersey State Highway Route 70 (116 feet wide) with the Southeasterly line of Springdale Road (66 feet wide); thence South - westwardly along the Southeasterly line of Spring- dale Road forming an interior angle of 71 degrees 06 minutes with Route 70, a distance of 192.75 feet to a point; thence Southeastwardly parallel with Route 70 and forming an interior angle of 108 degrees 54 minutes with Springdale Road, 299.57 feet to a point; thence Northeastwardly at right angles to last course and at right angles to Route 70, a distance of 182.35 feet to a point in the Southwesterly line of Route 70; thence Northwestwardly along the Southwest- erly line of New Jersey State Highway Route 70 and being 33 feet Southwestwardly from the original center line of Marlton Pike (66 feet wide) a dis- tance of 362 feet to place of beginning. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsis- tent with this amending ordinance be and they are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistencies only. Section 4.
