ORDINANCE 1967-34w Ordinance 67 -34 AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT THE STOPPING OR STANDING OF VEHICLES ON PART OF HADDONFIELD- BERLIN ROAD BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of The Township of Cherry Hill, in the County of Camden: Section 1. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle at any time on both sides of Haddonfield - Berlin Road between Route No. 295 and Brookfield Road. Section 2. The proper Township officials be and they are hereby authorized and directed to erect proper "No Stopping or Standing" signs designating the foregoing "No Stopping or Standing" area. Section 3. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this ordinance shall be liable to a fine of not more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen days, or both.
