ORDINANCE 1967-36Ordinance 67 -36 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 64 -3 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING, PROVIDING FOR ONE WAY TRAFFIC, AND PROVIDING FOR THROUGH STREETS AS TO VARIOUS HIGHWAYS WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP" BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of The Township of Cherry Hill, in the County of Camden: Section 1. Ordinance 64 -3 entitled, "An Ordinance regulating parking, providing for one way traffic, and providing for through streets as to various highways within the Township ", shall be and is amended as hereinafter provided. Section 2. That Section 4 shall be and is amended to read as follows: "Section 4. Pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 39:4 -140, the following streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as "Through Streets" and STOP signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the "Through Street ": "Mercer Street Between Chapel Avenue and N. J. Route 70 (Marlton Tpk.). "Chelton Parkway Between N. J. Route 41 (Kings Highway) and Kingston Drive. "Kingston Drive Between Chapel Avenue and its southern- most intersection with Abington Road. "Walt Whitman Boulevard Between Longfellow Drive and the Haddonfield - Berlin Road." Section 3.
