ORDINANCE 1967-37Ordinance 67 -37 AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF RAMBLE ROAD AND ON THE WEST SIDE OF BARLOW AVENUE BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of The Township of Cherry Hill, in the County of Camden: Section 1. No person shall park a vehicle at any time in and along the South side of Ramble Road between Kings Highway and Chapel Avenue. Section 2. No person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 7:00 P.M. and 11:00 P.M., prevailing time, on the West side of Barlow Avenue between Church Road and Holly Street. Section 3. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this ordinance or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or j imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen days, or both. Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances incon- sistent' with this ordinance shall be and are repealed to the I' extent of such inconsistencies only. Section 5.
