ORDINANCE 1967-41O` ORDINANCE 67 -41 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 82 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES" BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of The Township of Cherry Hill, in the County of Camden: Section 1. That paragraph 1 of Section 2 of Ordinance No. 82 entitled "An Ordinance Concerning Alcoholic Beverages" be and is hereby amended to increase the required number of rooms for the issuance of a new and additional license to a hotel to one hundred (100) rooms from fifty (50) rooms so that the same shall read as follows: "Not more than thirty (30) plenary retail consumption licenses shall be issued and out- standing at the same time in the Township of Cherry Hill, but this limitation shall not prevent issuance of a new and additional such license to a person operating a hotel or motel containing at least one hundred (100) sleeping rooms, provided, however, that a license issued pursuant to this hotel or motel exception shall not be transferred to premises not operated as a hotel or motel containing at least one hundred (100) sleep- ing rooms." Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with this amending ordinance be and they are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistencies only. Section 3.
