ORDINANCE 1998-02ORDINANCE: 98-2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 95 -36 ENTITLED "REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CHERRY HILL, 1995" CHAPTER 10, SECTION 10 -7.8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF CHERRY HILL, IN THE COUNTY OF CAMDEN, IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: No person shall park a vehicle on the East side of Fulton street between Martin Avenue and , Severn Avenue on Saturdays in September, October, and November between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. SECTION II: The proper Township Officials are hereby authorized and directed to install the proper signs in accordance with NJS 39:4 -198. SECTION III: Unless another penalty is expressly provided by new Jersey Statute, any person or persons convicted of violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be liable to a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or .a term of imprisonment not to exceed fifteen (15) days or both. SECTION IV: Any Ordinance or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION V: This Ordinance shall become effective twenty (20) days after passage and published as required by law.
