ORDINANCE 1998-10ORDINANCE: 98-10 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE 95 -36 ENTITLED "REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CHERRY HILL, 1995" CHAPTER 10 SECTION 7.7. BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Township Council of Cherry Hill in the County of Camden, in the State of New Jersey as follows: SECTION I: No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon the following portion of roadway: Name of Street Sides Location Walt Whitman Boulevard Both From the intersection of Burnt Mill Road to a point 100 feet Easterly therefrom. SECTION II: Pursuant to NJSA 39:4 -198, the proper Township Officials are authorized and directed to install the proper No Parking signs between the limits of the restrictions. SECTION III: Unless another penalty is expressly authorized by New Jersey statute, any person or persons convicted of violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be liable to a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen (15) days or both. SECTION IV: Any Ordinance or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed..
