ORDINANCE 1998-27 (2)ORDINANCE 98- 27 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 95 -36 ARTICLE V, SECTION 12.8 ENTITLED "THE GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSBIP OF CHERRY HILL - DISORDERLY CONDUCT" WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of Cherry Hill, County of Camden, adopted Ordinance 95 -36, entitled "The Revised General Ordinances of the Township of Cherry Hill, 1995," on December 11, 1995; and WHEREAS, certain fee, structures used need to be added and revised within said ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Council of the Township of Cherry Hill in the County of Camden, New Jersey, that the following amendments be made to Ordinance 95 -36, Section 5 -12.8, entitled "The General Ordinances of the Township of Cherry FEB - Disorderly Conduct "; Section 1. That Article V, POLICE REGULATIONS, SECTION 12.8, entitled "Disorderly Conduct- Violations and Penalties" shall be amended to read as follows. 5 -12.8 Violations and Penalties. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment in the County jail or Township holding cell for a term not exceeding ninety (90) days or a fine not exceeding one thousand ($1000.00) dollars or both. In default of the payment of any fine imposed under this section, any person convicted of a violation hereof may, in the discretion of the magistrate by whom such person was convicted, be imprisoned in the County jail or Township holding cell for a term not exceeding ninety (90) days.
